Threshold

The philosophy

You're not wrong.
You're patterned.

A life-altering moment can change what you believe about yourself. Somewhere inside that story is the person you were before, still there, waiting to be remembered.

The authorship process: See what happened, Feel what it cost, and Choose what comes next

Creativity is the bridge back.

Threshold makes room for music, writing, movement, and art as direct ways to notice and express what words alone may not reach. You don't need to be an artist. You only need to be willing to explore.

This isn't therapy or an intellectual framework. It's a guided creative retreat where you can notice the patterns that helped you survive, reconnect with who you are, and choose what comes next.

A woman looking out toward the open water
“The partial becomes complete; the crooked, straight; the empty, full; the worn out, new.”
Lao-tse · Tao Teh King, chapter 22 · translated by James Legge
A participant shares a creative expression with an intimate group
“The highest excellence is like water…”

Water doesn’t force its way. It finds a way to move. Our process makes space for the same kind of gentle noticing before choosing what comes next.

Lao-tse · Tao Teh King, chapter 8 · translated by James Legge

The invitation

You are not the character in the story. You are the author.

The experience is intimate by design. You set your own pace, decide what to share, and leave with a creative practice that helps you stay connected to yourself.
